All was fantastic

Great service and an awesome product!

I was really looking forward to serving some grass-fed short ribs for Christmas. Unfortunately, they were mostly fat, about 65%. The actual meat was pretty tasty, though. The chicken turned out great, and the smoked sausage was fantastic. I haven't had a chance to try the ground bison yet. On the bright side, shipping was quick and smooth.

The meats from Beck & Bulow are top-notch and super tasty. I'm especially into the Wild Boar Bacon - it's the nearest thing to Italian guanciale (cured wild boar cheek) I've come across. It's way more flavorful than pancetta, and I throw it into a bunch of my Italian recipes.

This year, I opted for Beck & Bulow for our Thanksgiving bird because I've always had great luck with their meats and seafood before. Let me tell ya, it was a winner! The turkey turned out to be the most succulent one I've ever had. From now on, I’m sticking with Beck & Bulow for my turkey needs.

The beef from Beck and Bulow is fantastic. Here in New Mexico, we get our orders brought by a staff member from Beck @ Bulow. The quality of their meat is exceptional. They provide a solid selection of different cuts and types of meat. Our top three picks are elk medallions, bison New York strips, and the jalapeno cheese brats. We've never encountered a bad cut or type. Quick delivery, too.

I placed an order for a gift for my son about three weeks back, but it never showed up. I want my money back ASAP and honestly, I’m not planning to shop with you again. The person I sent the gift to has been getting multiple 'in transit' notifications—what a shameful way to handle things!

I got some bison meat and pasture-raised options. I haven't tried the bison short ribs yet, but I was taken aback by their size. I did sample the bison stew cubes and ground meat, and I absolutely adored the ground bison. The stew cubes didn’t impress me as much, though. I think I’d prefer the pasture-raised stuff. But man, those pasture-raised ribeyes were juicy and packed with flavor! I also had a chuck roast from the pasture-raised selection, which was decent. I’m not too hyped about chuck roast, but I’d say it was solid meat. It wasn’t too fatty, but had just enough fat for taste. I was picking this up to help a friend who struggles to find good meat in her area, based on my thoughts. I don’t have issues with meat where I live, so maybe I’m not the best judge. I was curious about trying wagyu meat, which my friend thought could be better, but it’s not listed on the site, and nobody got back to me about placing an order.

I had a great experience with the customer support while sorting out my order. The delivery to Florida was speedy and handled with care, plus the meat is just amazing! Well done!

I was super happy to check out the details about the wild boar ribs and elk medallions available. We got both, and the shipping was quick. I may have cooked the ribs a tad too long, but they were still fantastic; I’ll be more cautious next time. Can’t wait to try the elk next!

I had a fantastic experience with my order. I sampled bison, wild boar, elk chicken, and fish. Kynan even gave me a personal call to say sorry for being out of bison hot dogs and suggested bison cajun andouille sausage, which was awesome. My only suggestion would be to source fish that’s caught in the USA.

The quality isn't what I thought it would be. The hot dogs were terrible. The steaks were really thin and lacked flavor. I'm quite let down.

Amazing pork. I tried the hog dogs and have dined on plenty of wild hogs. If folks are worried about authenticity, no need to fret. I reckon they raised some shoats in a pen for the bacon, but it’s tasty and worth every penny. The tenderloins seem to come from smaller hogs. They just melt in your mouth.

The lamb we received for Easter was just incredible. Beck & Bulow really knows how to deliver quality!
